Join renowned Sardinian chef Giovanni Pilu, owner of the award winning Pilu at Freshwater, as he takes your guests on a fun-filled culinary journey.
Based at the iconic Sydney Seafood School and using the freshest produce straight off the boat, Giovanni will show you how to prepare an array of gourmet seafood dishes with an interactive demonstration.
Then it’s your turn – working in small teams and donning chef’s aprons you re-create the recipes you’ve just seen, and in true ‘Masterchef’ style against the clock! Prizes are awarded to the best team judged by Giovanni before you get to eat your delicious fayre accompanied with matching wines.
